Next Sunday, May 9, 2021, eight new Stephen Ministers from New Hope Lutheran and Christ Lutheran Churches will be commissioned during the Christ Lutheran worship service. These lay ministers will be providing care for people in their home congregations who are going through many kinds of difficulties in their lives. Pastor Lynn will also be commissioned as a trained Stephen Leader that day. We ask God’s blessings on our new Stephen Ministers and Stephen Leader, and pray for the Spirit’s wisdom and power to guide this special ministry.
